食品级厂房的特殊要求：围护采用 50mm 聚氨酯夹芯板（防潮隔热一体），室内转角做圆弧处理便于清洗；地面荷载按叉车与冷库设备叠加计算，预埋了制冷管道与排水明沟；通风系统按 HACCP 洁净分区设计。

This fresh-food processing plant exported to Southeast Asia covers 5,600 m² across three zones: processing, chilled holding and packaging.
Food-grade specifics: 50mm PU sandwich panels for envelope (insulation and vapor control combined), rounded internal corners for washdown, floor loads combining forklifts and cold-room equipment, embedded refrigerant piping and open drainage channels, and HACCP-zone ventilation design.
