本项目游泳馆屋面采用 50m 跨度正放四角锥螺栓球节点网架，覆盖标准泳池区。
施工方案选择上我们没有采用传统高空散装，而是地面拼装、液压整体提升：网架在地面完成约 85% 的工作量后，8 个提升点同步起吊到位。高空作业量减少约七成，工期缩短 12 天，质量检查也在地面完成，更彻底。
螺栓球网架的优势在这个项目体现得很典型：无现场焊接、安装精度高、后期维护量小。类似方案同样适用于体育馆、展厅等大跨度公共空间。
This swimming hall roof uses a 50m-span square-pyramid space frame with bolted-ball nodes, covering the standard pool area.
Instead of traditional piece-by-piece erection at height, we assembled about 85% of the frame on the ground and lifted it into place with hydraulic jacks at 8 synchronized points. Work at height dropped by roughly 70%, the schedule saved 12 days, and quality checks were done on the ground — far more thoroughly.
This project shows the classic strengths of bolted-ball frames: no site welding, high erection accuracy and minimal maintenance. The same solution suits gymnasiums, exhibition halls and other wide-span public spaces.
