彩钢屋面漏水的常见误会，是「板不行」。实际上九成渗漏源于以下五个环节：
一、屋脊盖板搭接不足或未设堵头，大风时雨水倒灌；二、螺钉位置打在波谷却未做防水垫圈，或打偏在檩条外；三、采光带与彩钢板断面接缝未按伸缩缝处理，热胀冷缩撕开密封胶；四、天沟排水量不足或坡度倒坡，雨水积存漫过泛水；五、风机、管道等设备开孔的泛水收边不规范。
预防之道在设计端：节点大样提前深化、开孔位置施工前统一交底。已渗漏的屋面，先做一次淋水试验定位漏水路径，比局部换板有效得多。
The most common misunderstanding about leaking color-steel roofs is blaming the sheets. In fact, 90% of leaks trace back to five issues:
1. Ridge caps with insufficient lap or missing closures, letting wind-driven rain push in; 2. screws placed in the valley without sealing washers, or off the purlin; 3. joints between daylighting strips and steel sheets not detailed for thermal movement — expansion tears the sealant; 4. undersized gutters or reverse slopes, so water ponds over the flashing; 5. sloppy flashings around penetrations for fans and ducts.
Prevention lives in design: detail the joints in advance and brief crews on every penetration. For a leaking roof, run a water test to trace the path first — far more effective than patching sheets.
