本项目为两层的商业卖场建筑，总建筑面积约 21,000㎡，采用钢框架 + 楼承板组合楼面体系，底层柱距 9m，卖场区实现 24m 无柱大空间。
项目难点在于工期：业主要求赶在销售旺季前开业。我们把构件拆分设计做到最细，现场全部螺栓连接、无动火作业，主体结构从进场到封顶仅用 97 天，比传统方案节省约 60 天。
目前内装与机电已进场施工。这再一次验证了钢构在商业建筑上的工期优势：开业时间，就是真金白银。
This two-level retail building covers about 21,000 m², using a steel frame with composite floor decking: 9m column grid at ground level and a 24m column-free sales hall.
The challenge was schedule — the owner required opening before the peak shopping season. With highly detailed member breakdown and an all-bolted, hot-work-free site process, the main structure was topped out 97 days after mobilization, roughly 60 days faster than a conventional scheme.
Interior and MEP works are now underway. It proves once again that in retail, schedule is money.
