普通货物的贸易条款经验，放到钢构上常常失灵。钢结构单柜体积大、重量大，且目的国清关文件复杂，条款选择要重新考虑：
FOB：买家掌握船公司与运价谈判权，适合有稳定货代、熟悉目的港操作的采购商，也是我们最推荐的条款。
CIF：卖方安排运输保险，省心，但钢构件常需特种柜（开顶柜、框架柜），运价波动直接计进货价，未必划算。
DAP/DDP：卖方负责到门甚至清关，风险与手续复杂度最高，只在目的国有可靠代理时才建议采用。
一个实务提醒：无论哪种条款，装箱方案都应由工厂主导设计——构件装柜顺序不合理，现场卸货顺序就会混乱，这部分的隐性成本远超运费差价。
