光伏改造是近两年厂房业主最常提的需求之一。但组件、导轨与支架合计每平米新增约 15–25kg，再叠加检修荷载，部分老厂房屋面已接近承载上限。
我们的建议流程：先调取原设计计算书复核檩条与屋面梁余量；余量不足时，常见做法是局部加密檩条或改用夹具式支架减少穿透点。施工阶段严禁随意切割檩条或超焊。
还有一个容易被忽略的点：光伏板下的彩钢板温度会升高，所选板材的涂层耐候等级要相应提高。改造前做一次全面评估，比装完之后补强便宜得多。
Rooftop solar is one of the most requested retrofits. But modules, rails and mounting add roughly 15–25 kg/m² — on top of maintenance loads, some existing roofs are already near their limit.
Our recommended process: review the original calculation notes to check purlin and rafter reserves; if reserves are insufficient, locally reinforce purlins or switch to clamp-type mounts that avoid roof penetration. Never cut purlins or make unplanned welds during installation.
One often-missed detail: roof sheets under PV panels run hotter, so the coating class should be upgraded accordingly. A full assessment before retrofit costs far less than strengthening afterwards.
