本项目为汽车品牌 4S 店展厅，建筑面积 3,200㎡，最大亮点是入口处 12m 悬挑雨篷——为营造无柱迎宾空间，悬挑梁按变截面设计，端部挠度控制在跨度的 1/250 以内。
展厅类项目的技术关键是幕墙配合：钢结构柱顶与埋件的允许偏差需与幕墙厂家一致，我们提前拿到幕墙分格图反向核对埋件位置，避免了常见的「钢构装完幕墙装不上」。
钢构部分总工期 55 天。商业项目的经验反复证明：把幕墙、机电的接口在深化阶段一并吃进图纸，是省工期最有效的一步。
This car-brand showroom covers 3,200 m². Its highlight is the 12m cantilevered entrance canopy — for a column-free welcome zone, the cantilever beams use variable sections with tip deflection limited to span/250.
The technical key for showrooms is curtain-wall coordination: steel tolerances at column heads and embedment positions must match the facade supplier's. We reverse-checked embed locations against the curtain-wall layout in advance — avoiding the classic “steel done, facade won't fit” scenario.
Steelwork took 55 days. Commercial projects prove it repeatedly: swallowing facade and MEP interfaces into the detailing stage is the single most effective schedule saver.
