位于吕宋岛的物流仓库项目交付使用：建筑面积 12,000㎡，主跨 36m 无柱空间，边跨设两层办公夹层。
项目地处台风走廊，设计基本风压按当地 50 年一遇取值，屋面采用 360° 直立锁边系统，檐口与屋脊区域檩条加密、抗风连接件按计算配置；结构同时按当地规范做了地震工况验算。
现场安装由当地施工队完成，雄岚派驻两名工程师指导，主体安装 41 天。加上海运与清关，从合同签订到移交使用共 132 天——这是钢构方案在工期上的直接答案。
This logistics warehouse on Luzon island has been handed over: 12,000 m², a 36m column-free main span, and a two-story office mezzanine in the side span.
Sited in a typhoon corridor, the design uses the local 50-year wind pressure, a 360° standing-seam roof, densified purlins and calculated wind connectors at eaves and ridge, plus seismic verification under the local code.
Erection was done by a local crew guided by two Xionglan engineers — main structure up in 41 days. Adding shipping and customs, contract to handover took 132 days in total: steel's answer to schedule, in numbers.
