认证分两层：工厂生产控制认证（FPC，EXC1–EXC4 执行等级）与产品性能文件。多数工业厂房项目需要 EXC2 或 EXC3 等级，涉及焊接体系（ISO 3834）、无损检测人员资质与材料可追溯性。
周期与成本：从体系建立到拿到证书通常需要 3–5 个月，这是把 EN 1090 写进合同前就要确认的事——开工后才补认证，交期必然失控。
