出口钢构项目安排 SGS、BV 或客户指定第三方驻厂检验已成常态，但很多采购商并不清楚验货到底查什么，费用花在哪。
检验通常覆盖四大块：一是尺寸，抽检构件长度、孔位、对角线偏差，对照图纸允差；二是焊缝，外观检查加按比例抽探伤，核对焊工资质；三是涂层，用测厚仪抽检漆膜厚度与附着力划格试验；四是文件，材质质保书、探伤报告、装箱清单的一致性。
给采购商的建议：验货标准应写入合同附件，而不是验货员到场后现场发挥；关键项目建议安排两次——生产中期一次，发货前一次，中期发现问题还有时间整改。
Third-party inspection by SGS, BV or the buyer's appointed agency is now standard for export projects — but many buyers don't know what is actually checked, or what the fee buys.
Inspection covers four pillars: dimensions — sampling member lengths, hole patterns and diagonals against drawing tolerances; welds — visual checks plus proportional UT sampling and welder qualification review; coatings — film thickness gauging and cross-hatch adhesion tests; documents — consistency of mill certificates, UT reports and packing lists.
Advice for buyers: write the inspection criteria into the contract annex rather than leaving it to the inspector's judgment on the day; and for key projects schedule two visits — one mid-production and one before shipment — so problems found mid-way can still be fixed.
